According to Paul B. Farrell of MarketWatch, the following are the 20 time bombs that can ignite the GREATEST depression.

1. Federal Budget Deficit Bomb. The Bush/Cheney wars pushed America deep into a debt hole. Federal debt limit was just raised almost 100% with Obama’s 2010 budget, to $14.3 trillion vs. $7.8 trillion in 2005. The Congressional Budget Office predicts future deficits around 4% through 2020. Get it? America’s debt at 84% of GDP will soon pass that toxic 90% trigger point.

2. U.S. Foreign Trade Bomb. Monthly deficits actually dropped from $50 billion per month to roughly $35 billion. But the total continues climbing as $400 billion is added each year. Foreigners now own $2.5 trillion of America, with China holding over $1.3 trillion in Treasury debt.

3. Weakening U.S. Dollar as Foreign Reserve Currency Bomb. Fear China and other currencies will replace dollar as main foreign reserves. The dollar’s fallen: The main index measuring dollar strength has gone from 120 at the Clinton-to-Bush handoff to below 80 today.

4. Cheap Money Bomb: Credit Ratings Down, Rates Up. Economists at S&P, Fitch and Moody’s were totally co-conspirators of Fat Cat Bankers, misleading investors before meltdown: Soon, debt up, ratings down, interest rates soar.

5. Global Real Estate Bomb. Dubai Tower, new “world’s tallest building” is empty. BusinessWeek warns that China’s housing collapse could be worse than America’s. Plus the U.S. commercial real estate bubble is now $1.7 trillion, a “ticking time bomb” bloating 25% of bank balance sheets.

6. Peak Oil and the Population Bomb. China and India each need 500 new cities. The United Nations estimates world population exploding 50% from 6 billion to 9 billion by 2050: Three billion more humans demanding more automobiles, exhausting more resources to feed their version of the gas-guzzling “America Dream.”

7. Social Security Bomb. We have no choice; eventually we must either cut benefits or raise taxes. Politicians hate both, so they’ll do nothing. Delays worsen solutions. Without action, by 2035 Social Security and Medicare benefits will eat up the entire federal budget other than defense.

8. Medicare: A Nuclear Bomb. Going broke faster than Social Security. Prescription drug benefit added an unfunded $8.1 trillion. In 5 years estimates rose from about $35 trillion to over $60 trillion now.

9. Health-care Insurance Bomb. Burden increasingly shifted to employees. Costs rising faster than inflation. Recent Obamacare plan would have cost $90 billion annually, paid to Big Pharma and insurers.

10. State and Local Government Budget Bombs. Deficits of $110 billion in 2010, $178 billion in 2011on top of more that $450 billion in underfunded state and municipal employee pension funds.

11. Underfunded Corporate Pensions Bomb. From $60 billion surplus in 2007 to $409 billion deficit in 2009. And a whopping 92% of the pension plans of companies are now underfunded. Defaults are guaranteed by taxpayers.

12. Consumer Debt Bomb. Americans are still living beyond their means. Even with a downturn, consumer debt rose from about $2.3 to $2.5 trillion. Fat Cat Bankers love it — yes love making matters worse by gouging cardholders and mortgagees, blocking help in foreclosures and bankruptcies.

13. Personal Savings Bomb. Before the 2008 meltdown savings rate dropped from about 10% in the early 1980s to below zero. Now it’s increasing, slowing retail recovery. Today, government’s the big “unsaver.”

14. War and Military Defense Deficits. Costs of Iraq and Afghanistan wars — $200+ billion annually, $3 trillion minimum, with massive long-term costs for veteran medical care, equipment renewal, recruitment.

15. Homeland Insecurity Bomb. Security at airports, seaports, borders, vulnerable chemical plants all increase budgets.

16. Fed/Treasury Bailout Bombs. Tax credits, loans, cash and purchase of toxic assets from Wall Street banks estimated at $23.7 trillion as new debt was shifted from too-big-to-fail Fat-Cat banks to taxpayers.

17. Insatiable Washington Lobbyists Bombs. Paulson, Goldman, Geithner, Morgan and Wall Street banks, through their lobbyists and former employees working inside now have absolute power over government spending. Democracy and voters are now irrelevant in America’s new corporate-socialism.

18. Shadow Banking: The Derivatives Bomb. Wall Street wants no regulation of this $670 trillion, high-risk, out-of-control casino that’s highly leveraged versus the $50 trillion total GDP of all nations. We forget that derivatives almost destroyed global economies in 2008-09, finally will by 2012.

19. Dysfunctional Two-Party Political Bomb. Polarized partisanship increasing: Every day both parties show zero interest in cooperating for the public good. Instead they fight viciously, resisting everything and anything proposed by opponents. Only goal: Score political points, make the other side look bad.

20. The Coming Populous Rebellion Bombs. Nobody trusts anyone in authority. For good reason. So immediate gratification, short-term betting and a lack of long-term perspective wins for individual investors, consumers and taxpayers as well as Washington, Wall Street and Corporate America CEOs. Today: “Doing what’s right for the common good and country” is just empty political rhetoric.

The following are 20 reasons why the U.S. economy is dying and is simply not going to recover…

SECOND TSUNAMI WAVE OF MORTGAGE DEFAULTS

#1) Do you remember that massive wave of sub-prime mortgages that defaulted in 2007 and 2008 and caused the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression?  Well, the “second wave” of mortgage defaults in on the way and there is simply no way that we are going to be able to avoid it.  A huge mountain of mortgages is going to reset starting in 2010, and once those mortgage payments go up there are once again going to be millions of people who simply cannot pay their mortgages.  The chart below reveals just how bad the second wave of adjustable rate mortgages is likely to be over the next several years….

FALLING NUMBER OF HOME BUYERS AND LOWER HOME VALUATIONS

#2) The Federal Housing Administration has announced plans to increase the amount of up-front cash paid by new borrowers and to require higher down payments from those with the poorest credit.  The Federal Housing Administration currently backs about 30 percent of all new home loans and about 20 percent of all new home refinancing loans.  Tighter standards are going to mean that less people will qualify for loans.  Less qualifiers means that there will be less buyers for homes.  Less buyers means that home prices are going to drop even more.

NO JOBS

#3) It is getting really hard to find a job in the United States.  A total of 6,130,000 U.S. workers had been unemployed for 27 weeks or more in December 2009.  That was the most ever since the U.S. government started keeping track of this statistic in 1948.  In fact, it is more than double the 2,612,000 U.S. workers who were unemployed for a similar length of time in December 2008.  The reality is that once Americans lose their jobs they are increasingly finding it difficult to find new ones.  Just check out the chart below….

NO JOB ENTHUSIASM

#4) In December, there were also 929,000 “discouraged” workers who are not counted as part of the labor force because they have “given up” looking for work.  That is the most since the U.S. government first started keeping track of discouraged workers in 1949.  Many Americans have simply given up and are now chronically unemployed.

DEPRESSION ALREADY UNDERWAY IN SOME STATES

#5) Some areas of the U.S. are already virtually in a state of depression.  The mayor of Detroit estimates that the real unemployment rate in his city is now somewhere around 50 percent.

JOB OUTSOURCING AND GLOBALIZATION

#6) For decades, our leaders in Washington pushed us towards “a global economy” and told us it would be so good for us.  But there is a flip side.  Now workers in the U.S. must compete with workers all over the world, and our greedy corporations are free to pursue the cheapest labor available anywhere on the globe.  Millions of jobs have already been shipped out of the United States, and Princeton University economist Alan S. Blinder estimates that 22% to 29% of all current U.S. jobs will be offshorable within two decades.  The days when blue collar workers could live the American Dream are gone and they are not going to come back.

JOB LOSS IS GROWING

#7) During the 2001 recession, the U.S. economy lost 2% of its jobs and it took four years to get them back. This time around the U.S. economy has lost more than 5% of its jobs and there is no sign that the bleeding of jobs is going to stop any time soon.

UNEMPLOYMENT FUNDS WILL DRY OUT

#8) All of this unemployment is putting severe stress on state unemployment funds.  At this point, 25 state unemployment insurance funds have gone broke and the Department of Labor estimates that 15 more state unemployment funds will likely go broke within two years and will need massive loans from the federal government just to keep going.

FOOD STAMP SOCIALISM RISING

#9) 37 million Americans now receive food stamps, and the program is expanding at a pace of about 20,000 people a day.  The United States of America is very quickly becoming a socialist welfare state.

REMEMBER: IF THE GOVERNMENT CAN GIVE, THEY CAN ALSO TAKE!

BANKRUPTCIES RISING

#10) The number of Americans who are going broke is staggering.  1.41 million Americans filed for personal bankruptcy in 2009 – a 32 percent increase over 2008.

ONCE PROTESTANT U.S. DOLLAR HAS BEEN PURPOSELY DESTROYED

#11) For decades, the fact that the U.S. dollar was the reserve currency of the world gave the U.S. financial system an unusual degree of stability.  But all of that is changing.  Foreign countries are increasingly turning away from the dollar to other currencies.  For example, Russia’s central bank announced on Wednesday that it had started buying Canadian dollars in a bid to diversify its foreign exchange reserves.

COUNTIES AND CITIES ARE GOING BANKRUPT

#12) The recent economic downturn has left some localities totally bankrupt.  For instance, Jefferson County, Alabama is on the brink of what would be the largest government bankruptcy in the history of the United States – surpassing the 1994 filing by Southern California’s Orange County.

PENSIONS AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ARE BEING STOLEN

#13) The U.S. is facing a pension crisis of unprecedented magnitude.  Virtually all pension funds in the United States, both private and public, are massively underfunded.  With millions of Baby Boomers getting ready to retire, there is simply no way on earth that all of these obligations can be met.  Robert Novy-Marx of the University of Chicago and Joshua D. Rauh of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management recently calculated the collective unfunded pension liability for all 50 U.S. states for Forbes magazine.  So what was the total?  3.2 trillion dollars.

SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE RECIPIENTS WILL NOT BE PAID

#14) Social Security and Medicare expenses are wildly out of control.  Once again, with millions of Baby Boomers now at retirement age there is simply going to be no way to pay all of these retirees what they are owed.

THE GOVERNMENT IS TOO MUCH IN DEBT TO HELP ITSELF

#15) So will the U.S. government come to the rescue?  The U.S. has allowed the total federal debt to balloon by 50% since 2006 to $12.3 trillion.  The chart below is a bit outdated, but it does show the reckless expansion of U.S. government debt over the past several decades.  To get an idea of where we are now, just add at least 3 trillion dollars on to the top of the chart….

THE GOVERNMENT KEEPS DIGGING “THE PEOPLE” INTO IT’S OWN GRAVE (PURPOSELY)

#16) So has the U.S. government learned anything from these mistakes?  No.  In fact, Senate Democrats on Wednesday proposed allowing the federal government to borrow an additional $2 trillion to pay its bills, a record increase that would allow the U.S. national debt to reach approximately $14.3 trillion.

TAX RECEIPTS ARE DECLINING

#17) It is going to become even harder for the U.S. government to pay the bills now that tax receipts are falling through the floor.  U.S. corporate income tax receipts were down 55% in the year that ended on September 30th, 2009.

ROME’S “PRIVATELY OWNED, NON-GOVERNMENTAL” FEDERAL RESERVE IS ABOUT TO START PRINTING LIKE CRAZY!

#18) So where will the U.S. government get the money?  From the Federal Reserve of course.  The Federal Reserve bought approximately 80 percent of all U.S. Treasury securities issued in 2009.  In other words, the U.S. government is now being financed by a massive Ponzi scheme.

HYPER-INFLATION WILL BE THE UTTER-DESTRUCTION OF THE U.S. DOLLAR

#19) The reckless expansion of the money supply by the U.S. government and the Federal Reserve is going to end up destroying the U.S. dollar and the value of the remaining collective net worth of all Americans.  The more dollars there are, the less each individual dollar is worth.  In essence, inflation is like a hidden tax on each dollar that you own.  When they flood the economy with money, the value of the money you have in your bank accounts goes down.  The chart below shows the growth of the U.S. money supply.  Pay particular attention to the very end of the chart which shows what has been happening lately.  What do you think this is going to do to the value of the U.S. dollar?….

The following books are suppressed documents being extremely difficult to obtain due to their exposure of the secret Plan, secret Power and secret Purpose of the Society of Jesus, commonly known as the Jesuit Order. It is with great joy that the author gives to you, dear truth- seeker, these works written by the bold and the brave Bible believers of the wonderful Nineteenth Century, during which era the Company of Jesus was expelled from nearly every nation in Europe.

In review, Germany is especially important. During the mid 1840s the risen Son of God sent a second Martin Luther to Germany. As a Catholic priest having converted to the Christ of the Bible, John Ronge established the German Catholic Church and preached what the Jesuits’ Council of Trent would consider to be “Protestant heresy”, including the supremacy of the Bible. A few years later Theodor Griesinger, a German Protestant, wrote his monumental work, The Jesuits, alerting his countrymen to the great danger of the Order and a newly declared “infallible” Pope, so designated by the First Vatican Council (1870) having been controlled by Jesuit intrigue. With the Son of God giving victories to Prince Bismarck’s army of Protestant Germany and Prussia over the Catholic Austrians (1866) and the Catholic French (1871), the Protestant Second Reich was established in 1871. Thanks to the German victory over the French army of Napoleon III, the Pope lost his Temporal Power to Victor Immanuel in 1870. Further, Bismarck did not curse the Jews but was good to the physical descendants of Abraham bringing additional blessings to the Empire – and additional curses from the Jesuits. The icing on the cake was the Reichstag’s formal banishment of the Society of Jesus from all of Germany and Prussia in 1872 at the behest of the Protestant Union.

Enraged but in control of his emotions, the Jesuit General knew that the Pope’s Holy Roman European Empire, with a Catholic Germany at its center, could never be reestablished with his Militia banned while hosting an overwhelming amount of “pagan” Jews, “heretic” Protestants and “liberal” Bible believing Catholics resisting the supremacy and infallibility of the Papal Caesar in Rome. Therefore the Jesuits, in control of world diplomacy, began the Second Thirty Years’ War. When it was over in 1945 two-thirds of the Jews had been annihilated, German Protestantism had been destroyed and the anti- Jesuit, liberal Catholic priests having opposed Hitler were no more, many hundreds having perished in Dachau concentration camp alone. The non-military target of Protestant Dresden had been destroyed with a bombing firestorm ignited by Churchill’s Royal Air Force and rekindled by Roosevelt’s Army Air Force the following afternoon. Every decision Roman Catholic Nazi Hitler made from his bunker in Berlin further destroyed the German population, particularly in historically Protestant East Germany. As a result of Hitler’s betrayal of his army on the Russian front, East Germany was then given to the Roman Catholic Communist and Jesuit-trained Joseph Stalin who then deported the remaining Lutherans to Siberia while the Jesuit haven of Roman Catholic Bavaria, the staging ground for both Thirty Years’ Wars, was made part of West Germany and therefore went untouched by the merciless, raping and thieving Soviet Red Army.

Thus, we understand the Twentieth Century because we understand the Nineteenth Century. Scores of excellent, anti-Jesuit books were written as accurate histories and marvelous literature. A few of the greatest are found on this list before you now, dear truth- seeker.
