I have a question that needs answering. From what I know, Lucifer (light-bearer) was a name that Jerome wrongfully put in place of the Hebrew word Heylel (used in the context of boastful, foolish, and mad to describe Satan) in Isaiah 14:12 when he was revising the Latin versions of the Bible in A.D. 382 (and his finished work came to be known as the Latin Vulgate Bible). And that Lucifer, (or Phosphoros in Greek) was rightfully a title meant for Jesus Christ, the light-bearer.
Apparently, Satan's real name was blotted out, and his time righteousness forgotten, so you don't really ever see his real name. This is what happens when you turn to sin as mentioned in Eze 3:20 and other verses.
